B&B Giardino Japelli is an oasis of tranquility and charm. Everything is very clean and you get everything you need in your room. Even an exquisite breakfast thoughtfully made. The room was a suite with a separate additional bedroom and a big bathroom and it was all beautifully laid out and equipped. Breakfast was on a big table on the terrace with an amazing selection of freshly baked pastries and cakes, excellent coffee and eggs cooked to order. The pool was beautiful and peaceful and immaculately clean and refreshing. Giovanna was very friendly and helpful and offered excellent suggestions for things to do or places to eat. This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay and well located for a collection of cities as well as the mountains.

Very comfortable room with excellent en-suite shower room. Plenty of parking on site. The superb pool was very welcome in temperatures over 35 degrees which is set in a lovely garden. The hosts cooked us an excellent dinner both nights including catering for my lactose intolerance. They also serve cocktails poolside. All-in-all, it was a really magical experience that I’d recommend to anyone looking to unwind for a few days.

We got stuck in a train strike, but thanks to the host we got good advice on how to get to the town in an alternative way. Excellent host, the accomodation was the most beautiful we ever had on booking. Very good design, care for detail and warm welcome

    The room is very big for 3 of us. The owner was friendly and he gave a lot of information to us such as restaurant,… The breakfast had many different things. The room is very clean.

    A wonderful apartment in Rosa. Brand new, all amenities included, 2 tubs, spacious and very well equipped. We received the apartment spotlessly clean. A/C, a good wifi and a free parking are included. Our lovely host was just great, and we even got an excellent breakfast for the next morning for all of us - very much appreciated! All in all, warmly and wholeheartedly recommended, we'll be very glad to come back again on our next visit !
