Great hotel and all of the staff are absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, which ranks as number one for me. The restaurant was very good as well. I didn’t feel at all out of place being on my own. The location is excellent, with just a 5 minute walk to the boat station.

Staying at Saini felt like being welcomed into a family. By arrival we were greeted by the owner, who since the first moment and for the duration of our whole stay was always present to make our stay as pleasant as possible. As well as the rest of the staff - with a positive and welcoming attitude, ready to answer any questions or just chat for a while. It didn't feel like being away from home - we were given all the necessary information to comfortably navigate the city and make the most of our time there, and by returning to the hotel in the evenings, we were warmly welcomed back. It felt like the staff genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the guests. Every morning started with some delicious freshly brewed coffee and a breakfast buffet, that contained enough one might need to start a day, and after breakfast all till the evening, a bar with some coffee and other drinks for very reasonable prices was available in the lobby. The central location of the hotel provides easy access to the main attractions of the city, as well as a variety of little shops, cafes and restaurants. And all that with a stunning romantic view over the roofs of little nearby houses and some mountains beyond them.

Very polite staff who dealt with our requests immediately. Very clean room. Great location near the lake and opposite Isola Bella. Breathtaking infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers and complimentary beach towels. 5 stars from us.

The staff were super friendly, Lucia on reception was lovely. She helped us with everything we needed. There was also a lovely lady who was there at breakfast time, she was super helpful too. The location of the hotel was really good, very close to the town centre and the lake. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed.

Garden Lodge was spotlessly clean, modern and amazingly quiet in a great location in the middle of all the shops restaurants and very near the ferry terminal for lake excursions. George and his family are incredibly friendly and offer a great selection of recommendations of places to go and the best restaurants to eat at. This is a delightful place and we would love to return.

The owner was considerate and friendly, provided us with excellent instructions on how to find the property, and let us try out our Italian, though she spoke good English. The breakfasts were delicious, the room spotless, and the location ideal.
