Our host was able to reserve a parking spot for us directly in front of the house. Everything was spotless and super clean. We had two bottles of water waiting for us which was perfect after long flights to MXP. The location is close to Lake Como and many sights to explore. Great price value for the quality and location of booking.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, located right in the heart of Como's old town. The location couldn't have been better – tucked away on one of the charming, narrow streets, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The apartment felt brand new – spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and as a lovely surprise, a bottle of cava was waiting for us in the fridge. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, but with so many great eateries, gelaterias, and cozy spots nearby, there’s always something delicious just around the corner. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

    Peaceful location Property exceptionally clean and fresh Kitchen with full utensils and all appliances available Very polite and friendly hosts Tino and Lidia It was very warm and welcoming. Tino gave us a very detailed description of facilities available at the property. He even helped me take the luggage from the car to our room. Even came to greet us and say goodbye.
