Lovely place. Marco, the owner of the DeD Palace, is so friendly and ready to help at any moment. We enjoyed the sunset from the roof top, where it is possible to spot Rome and the Church of St. Peters. The buildning is nicely renovated, and with pictures on the walls of the earlier old apartment, you really see the hard work put into this place. We stayed in the room with black and white tiles, and especially enjoyed the view from the window, the bathtub, the aircon and the tiny fridgde. In the kitchen you can make yourself a cup of coffee. We are ready to come back and visit this place another time.

- excellent location (near the entrance to Villa d'Este and close to the bus station for Villa Adriana and Rome) - clean, quiet and comfortable room (we had room no. 3, we don't know if the other two are the same) - large, well-equipped bathroom - a decent breakfast (not too abundant, but a coffee, a yogurt and some sweets can be a good start for the day)

Balde’s Home is a beautiful place to stay in Tivoli perfect for a couple and even a family. The house is immaculately clean and complete with all the facilities you need. It’s like a home away from home. The surprise was the picturesque view from the window of the room. Giuseppe and his son were very accommodating upon our arrival until our departure. We will definitely go back here if we come again to Tivoli.
