Great location, nearby P.le Roma ( bus to airport or Cortina or Treviso) and Train station St Lucia. 15-20 min to San Marco by foot. Very quiet area despite of central location. Super nice and elegant owner Romano. Special Venetian atmosphere created by small details and Romano himself. Delicious breakfast ordered by menu. First it was confusing but then you realize how it works. The room was very warm and you can regulate the heating! there is a tea kettle and a bottle of water as well as fridge. the bed sheets are crystal white. super nice experience!

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century. The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station). The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home. We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed. We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.

It was absolutely amazing! From the moment when we came to the hotel early in the morning, it was a pleasure. We were offered a restroom to change, switch our handbags and backpacks and it was possible to even use a shower. We could leave our backpacks at the hotel long before our check in. The room was everything we needed, nicely furnitured, air conditioned and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and salty options. And the location of the hotel was top tier, 5 minutes to Riato, 5 minutes to the San Marco Square, so everything was really close. If I will ever come back to Venice, I will come back to this hotel!

Very clean rooms and hotel. Like all comments the location is ideal. 10 min walk from Ferry from the airport. 5/6 min walk to Ferry to visit Murano/Burano. 5 min walk to San Marco square. Lovely restaurants and shops within 2/3 mins. Would highly recommend. We also arrived at 11am and they very kindly let us check in, which was an added bonus.

Really enjoyed staying at the hotel; the location was ideal as it was quick and easy to walk or take the water bus to all the places we wanted to visit but it was also quieter and more affordable than the more touristy areas. We went to Campo Santa Margherita for a few meals and drinks and it was perfect! The hotel staff were really lovely too.
