Lovely and modern, spacious and immaculately clean. Nice and quiet away from the busy Main Street outside the front. Great shower and lovely extras provided by Linda e.g. warm blankets, everything we needed. Washing machine really handy when on holiday. The host, Linda was really helpful, easy to contact since booking and provided us with tips and information. We would more than happily stay again 😊

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to public transport, and only 10–15 minutes to the center of Venice. The apartment is newly renovated, very comfortable, and well-equipped. There is an excellent parking spot here, fenced off from the street, which was very important for us. The apartment is very spacious, in excellent condition, and it was a pleasure to stay in. Everything is very clean. The host is a wonderful, open person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. It’s just 4 minutes to the bus stop, and then only a 7-minute ride to Venice itself. I highly recommend staying here.
