This was one of the most outstanding hotel experiences I ever had - can highly recommend to everyone who is seeking for a unique experience! We travelled through Jordan already for a week, before arriving we only stayed in 5 star places but this place was THE BEST! Thanks a lot to everyone working at the hotel for such a great stay: - amazing food - amazing evening experience (chilled & spectecular due to beautiful nature surrounding the camp at the same time) - extremly nice people - super clean - very quiet, slept very well

The facility is amazingly close to Petra. You can arrive there by walking nearly 200-300 meters. After 28000 pace in Petra, swimming in the rooftop pool is very relaxing. We have stayed 4 different hotels in Jordan. It was the most perfect one so far. The lobby looks very luxurious. They have very beatiful interior designs in the lobby and corridors. The breakfast was so far the best one. They have to many options to chose from cheddar to pastries. They put 2 types of tea and coffee to rooms. They have parking area which is very important considering Petra's narrow roads. The staff was very helpful. They explained us how can we travel in petra, which roads should we chose. They even gave us small presents when we are checking out. Thank you for everything...

-Friendly staff (they even let us to leave our bags there while we did our hiking) -Perfect breakfast options for a short stay -The hotel is so so so so clean and has an amazing smell straight after entering -Everyone working there had a huge smile and was kind to us -LOCATION is on top!!!! excellent value for money with great location, very close to restaurants and shops.The hotel was very clean and had great views of Petra. The owners were very friendly and there was free transport to and from the Petra Visitor Center. They were willing to assist you with everything and even liaised with locals to ease our stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Petra Moon that exceeded all my expectations: from the breathtaking location to the top-notch facilities, everything was simply perfect! However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Raja and Osama at the front desk, Hosaifa, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire.     Loved the location amongst the Rocky Mountain peaks and the central campfire. We had the most basic tents because we wanted twin and they were comfortable enough. The location is ideal for doing Petra from the back trail where you enter from the momentary which is one of the best travel recommendations I’ve ever received.

    The location was great, close to the back entrance of Petra, so that was convenient. The breakfast and dinner options were quite good, and when we arrived and were informed of the power outage and lack of electricity, we were immediately upgraded to a "luxury" accommodations at no additional cost. The luxury room (L22) was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice with a nice shower head.

    Very good location, close to Petra back entrance and Little Petra. When we got there we were suprised to heart that we got upgraded to Luxury tent, free of charge, mainly because we were with a child.. Rooms very clean as well. Hosts were realy nice, taking care of all the guests, also during evening at fire place. we interacted most with Mohamed who is such a nice guy, he played and made jokes with our daughter and she really enjoyed. Food is also great, one evening the food was served at the fire place inside the big tent, which was lovely.
