A wonderful place to stay and explore Iida. The Cider Barn was warm and welcoming. Bathrooms were spotless, the food was great and we were really looked after. To explore Japanese ciders here was a real treat.

The host Michiyo was the absolute sweetest and kindest lady. She brought my kids to her garden to pick fresh veges and was so warm. The place was beautiful, and made the experience immersive.

The house is gorgeous, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The owner's attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Staff were very attentive. I was really sick on the first day and the lady in the restaurant noticed that I could not eat much and came up to ask what happened. They cooked congee for me on the other day as breakfast that helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come back again.

Amazing typical Japanese ryokan but very modern and luxurious. Amenities were great especially the onsen (natural bath) with an outside one very great. Food buffet was also very premium for diner and breakfast. Easy to access by bus or car, they also organize shuttle bus. Really recommend.
