Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. The towels were changed daily. Our host was very kind and accommodating and we were able to check in earlier upon request. There were snacks, fruit and cold drinks when we arrived which was really nice since the day was really hot. The host provided useful advice on surroundings. The location was convenient with two supermarkets only a 5-minute walk away as well as a large pharmacy. Convenience stores were close by as well with a choice of 7-eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. Shin-Osaka station and Nishinakajima-Minimigata station were only a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. We really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer and we used the kitchen to prepare our breakfast each day. Lots of local restaurants in the area. We would definitely come back and recommend it highly for families.
