the wonderful Staff member when we checked in on the first night. She was very friendly and answered all our questions even we do not speak Japanese at all. She tried her best to accommodate our stay and it was very pleasant for us. Morning staff member was very kind and helpful to explain the breakfast, which is included in hotel fee. 1) Amazing staff, they are polite and friendly despite most of them not English speaking but will do their best to connect with their guests. Room is clean and functional. Good for a short stay for a solo traveller. Coffee machine available at reception!
