The house was exceptionally big and beautiful. It had this traditional feel to it, but also had newly renovated kitchen, bath and even a small sauna! There was more than enough space for 6 adults, all of the necessary amenities, kitchen tools and tableware. The hosts were also super nice. We used the barbecue in the shed to cook tasty burgers.

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.

Very peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect place to land after flying into Narita airport from the uk. The public baths were really relaxing and always empty when I went in. The traditional Japanese breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to get to the temple but also very quiet. It was lovely that they gave us a complementary mini bar full of lovely drinks including sake.

We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

We stayed for a night before our flight because it's very close to Narita airport. The breakfast was excellent! In the morning, there were lots of buses leaving to the airport right in front of the hotel, for free. The price was also good for one night.

Location of the hotel is only 5-10 mins to the airport and they have shuttle to and from the airport the whole day. We can see the runway from our room. Such an amazing view! Our room is very spacious too.
