Very kind host, we had some nice talk with host about Japan. He cooked us really delicious okonomiyaki. It was nice diner and breakfast with other guests. We tried sake. Everything you want after long Kumano Kodo walk! 😊

Kohei is an amazing guest. He was very flexible in acommodating food choices for us and the quality was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are big portions and very tasty. Rooms are spacious, very clean and the onsen very nice. The location close to the river and just in front of the bus stop is very practical. But above all, Kohei got us in touch with the local community, to experience a washi paper workshop and to visit an organic tea farm close by. I highly recommend his guesthouse to get a sense of the local life in the Kumano kodo area.

The staff were incredibly generous and assisted you with anything you need and checked in on you before they left for the night. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were super clean and great water pressure. Perfect stay if you are stopping in during the komano kodo walk.

The host is really nice and helpfull. I recived a dinner I did not even know it is included and felt like she really cares for her guests. I was just one night here as a break on Kumano Kodo hike so for this is perfect. Maybe a bit to expensive for a solo traveler and my room had 3 beds but for a group it's like jackpot.
