The hotel is attached to the station making everything easy. Onsen was great as it was indoors and outdoors. The food was a good mix of western and Japanese food. The view from the hotel was excellent too. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, service and room. Hotel provides free ochazuke at 8-10pm (limited number of sets that run out by 8:45 tho). It was yummy. We got a deluxe room that was very spacious. Amenities are available for self collection at the lobby. Richmond hotels are always comfortable. Standard rooms are small so get a deluxe room for more space. Join their membership program for one hour extended check out.
