Clean and rooms were spacious Washing machines were handy for our adult kids rooms. Easy stairs not too high to get to rooms Excellent location to shops, cafes, restaurants and shopping areas. Choose from 3 different near by stations for trains - 5 minute walk to the closest one - approximately 12 minutes walk to the furthered one. Great stay and landlord was quick to answer all questions. We stayed at a 4 star hotel on our arrival and this place had the same if not more benefits with location etc and value for money.

Ideally located very near from the Toyoko Line, you can go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo without much hassle. The place is clean, the toilets and bathroom are spacious, and there's everything to quickly cook at home (microwave, kettle pot, etc), also a washing machine. Very important point for someone who traveled a bit in Japan, the beds are really confy, something that it's not usually the case. To finish, there's every convenience stores at maybe three minutes at foot, so it's great for late night snacks.

We loved everything. Only downside was that the "extra bed" we booked for was a fold out futon/lounge that had a hard structural rod that was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay. Everything basic was supplied,down to feminine hygiene products, washing powder etc. Will be staying again if possible.

Owner was always available via the booking.com chat option. I liked the location because it was away from the busy city centre. I was 10mins away for a JR station and the restaurants in the area were amazing value for money and delicious.
