Sok Touch who run the hotel was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient!!! He booked for us the transfers from Battambang to Koh Rong Sanloem and to Phnom Penh which were carried out with great punctuality and professionalism. The place where the hotel is located is the quietest in Saracen Bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast , lunch or dinner at Coco Restaurant are highly recommended.

It has beautiful views. Unreal. Gives a sense of peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were absolutely lovely. Julia was great. She took the time to organise our trip back to the mainland. Very grateful for this. Food was absolutely amazing too!

The place is amazing. Big clean rooms with lots of hangers, comfy beds, nice upstairs balcony to work on or to space out on, nice downstairs bar area with hammocks to chill in or to space out on, huge well equipped common kitchen which I did not use. Hostess Ellen is an awesome and funny lady. MPai Village gives a real island feeling with great foods, tiny size, actual resident locals unlike Saracen beach, fun laughs and the occasional water and power cut.

I spent six nights in the dorm at Sunboo’s and it was the perfect place to recharge after my travels. The location right on the beach is unbeatable – a peaceful and welcoming community where you immediately feel at home. The beds are comfortable and sleeping in nature with the sound of the ocean, birdsong, and sunlight waking you up is simply magical. The staff and the owner are incredibly kind and genuinely caring, making you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The food is excellent, everything is clean, and there are plenty of hammocks to relax in. A special bonus: free chilled drinking water for guests – not something you find everywhere! There’s also a beautiful Shala for yoga practice. I will definitely come back! A huge thank you to the team.

On the second day of our stay on Kohron Sanloem, we went to the western part of the island, where we found ourselves in a true paradise. We hadn't experienced such peace in a long time—all thanks to the owner and his colleagues, who looked after us carefully. Everything was perfect; right next to the bungalows and yurts is a beautiful beach where you can easily spend the whole day reading or relaxing. Our bungalow was very comfortable, but we were only in it for the night anyway. We enjoyed the beach with the sunset and hiking around the island. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks are excellent at Sleeping Trees.

Very nice bungalow, spacious, daily cleaning, located on the quiet side of the beach, not far from the pier either. Terrace is huge, with sofa table and chairs, it’s really lovely. Room also spacious, with fridge & kettle, sofa table and desk. Restaurant served lovely food, with Asian, khmer & western option. Cocktails are also nice here. (No happy hour) The surrounding areas are very green and hide the other bungalows in front of you. They build it in a way you have more privacy too. You feel in the nature with sea view path even if you are not beachfront. Staff are very friendly.

Amazing place! I was supposed to stay only 3 nights but then I extended my stay since I was feeling so great there (and I would have happily stayed much longer if I could). The owner is great. The atmosphere is super chill and it's great to make new friends. Just in front of the beach and next to many places where to eat/drink/chill and to the pear where the boats bring the guests to the Island. Close to the planktons beach (snorkeling masks are available). Perfect place! The hammocks are super comfortable too!
