The place is very well located and the rooms are amazing. The pool is also very nice and with a good view. The staff is extremely polite and always eager to help. One of the things I also really liked was that I could leave my bag to go to an Angkor tour and it's stored in a private room where only the staff goes (they put a tag on your back and give you a papper to get it back after), which made me feel very safe about leaving my backpack in the hotel

We stayed twice at The Elephant in our recent trip to Siem Reap it was overall a fantastic stay. Location is quiet and far enough away from the busy centre but close enough for a quick grab or even walk if you can handle the heat. The pool was great the food and drinks were also good. A little suggestion breakfast could have more options and variety. The staff are absoloutely amazing so friendly and accomodating. When returning from being out you get a huge smile and warm welcome evrry time. We had a little issue with our air con and they fixed this immediately and gave us a new room. Thank you to all the team for making our stay perfect. We will miss you and see you again in the future.

The place is very well located and the rooms are amazing. The pool is also very nice and with a good view. The staff is extremely polite and always eager to help. Nice, big and very clean room with aircon. Everybody was super nice and you can order some really delicious and cheap food. The location is perfectly close to the temples but you can also rent bikes / bicycles to explore more of the city. If you only want to go to town you can even borrow a bicycle for free.
