Property was in good condition and typical for a cheap Lao guesthouse. The lady on reception spoke fantastic English, was very helpful and arranged transport to Pakse Airport for me for an extremely cheap price. Tina was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with all we needed from recommending places to eat to book our train tickets and a motorbike. The location is ideal, near the football stadium where you can go and watch football games for free, nearby there is also a shopping mall and many restaurants. They now even offer free breakfast. The accommodation is new, modern, very clean and well run. We had a double room and it was very quiet the whole time. We would come back any time. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the old town center and close to restaurants, small stores and the river.
