The view onto the river is unbeatable and the apartment offers all equipment needed. The place was really clean and the surrounding is calm and relaxing. Also the communication with the host was always friendly and the owners were really helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a calm place to stay, but still close enough to explore Kandy.

Probably the nicest place I've stayed so far in Sri Lanka, on a one month trip. The building is incredibly spacious. My room was so big and so well designed that I felt like I was staying in a very tasteful hotel. I had a lovely balcony with an excellent view. Shower was perfect. The host and his partner have the perfect combination of being really friendly but also laid back. If I ever come back to Kandy I will definitely be staying here again. Also all the people in the surrounding neighborhood were very friendly.

We enjoyed.the comfort and space of the Villa. The employees of the Villa, Raj and Akka made our stay extraordinary nice. They gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful in organizing our trips, serving deliciois food and helped with any need we had. Especially our kids were embraced very well and as a family we really enjoyed our stay.
