We absolutely loved our stay here at Adi Residences. The Sri Lankan hospitality shown by the care takers, the kindest Aunty and Uncle, was incredible. From preparing us delicious cups of tea, to suggestions on where to eat and sharing some tasty home cooked food, it was like staying at a 'home away from home' throughout our travels. The apartments are new, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need and if something isn't there, rest assured uncle will be organising it for you in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for having us, we loved spending time with you as we explored Batticaloa 😊

Wonderful experience here. The host was very supportive and kind. He helped me locate a bicycle and personally drove me to the bus station in the early morning. The place is near a great cafe/restaurant and a luxury hotel is close by with a pool you can use. Top spot!

- Beautiful old colonial house with an amazing view facing the lagoon, it feels like time just stops. Grab a book, sit down and relax :) - Very welcoming hosts who made us feel at home, - The best meal we've had in Sri Lanka ! This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.
