This is the best place we have been in Sri Lanka. In terms of value for money, service and amenities. Which we noticed is that they are attention to details in every aspect. We really felt like home . We had dinner at Appleton, where I was super surprised with their reasonable price. Which’s the half of price we spent for lunch in Nuwaraeliya city center. Few things you should know when you travel Nuwara eliya. If you travel by your own vehicle there is no better place than this. This located between Nanuoya railway station and Nuwarael iya town. From the Appleton Villa to Nuwareliya town is exactly 5.9 Km which is 15 min to city center. What make you feel like as far is when the driver doesn’t know the road or else some Tuk Tuk driver want to charge extra that is why. Always take advise from the staff then you will be saved. Nuwara eliya itself is not a place to stay more than 2 days specially raining time. Overall we are quite happy with star class services.

This is a very welcoming place. The owner is really good and took a really good care of their guests! Keep asking if i have problems or not. That’s really nice! Ordered fish curry for dinner and it was really delicious and for that portion, the price is pretty cheap. They can arrange pickup from the train station. The room is really spacious for family up to 5 people! I was alone so i got all the 3 queen beds for myself lol the famous lover’s leap waterfall located just less than 2km from the house. I really recommend this stay!

This was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Sri Lanka. I received a warm welcome from the staff there. The place is very clean, warm, and relaxing. The food is five-star quality—no joke. It was really delicious and well-presented, thanks to Chef Steve and the hotel manager Malinda for taking care of me during my stay, and thanks to the rest of the team, Srikant and Moghan. Location is good, there is a supermarket near band it's close to Gregory lake. There is hot water for shower.

Very clam and quiet location and an ideal place to relax. Middle of the town has access to anywhere. Staff was exceptionally helpful for elderly ladies who went with us. Very clean rooms, good food and worth for expenditure. Also arranged a barbecue on our request at short notice without any negative attitude. Spent a good & relaxed vacation.
