We had the best time! The property was great and the air con worked well! There was enough privacy as we were round the corner from the house. The family were really lovely and kind people and they made us very welcome. They also both spoke very good English. They cooked a very delicious breakfast which we LOVED. They also kindly rented us bikes and drove us to Arugam bay at the end of our stay for a very good price. Thanks!

It's was one of the best places we stayed at in all of srilanka. The rooms was perfect for 2 people with an extra large bed. The ac was a welcome addition in the hot afternoon temperatures. It's a short walking distance to the beach and would highly recommend for their wide open spaces in front of every room and even though there were other guests we barely felt cramped. The two kids with us really appreciated the large garden but because it was hot we mainly sat back and enjoyed the views. Usha and her team were so sweet we almost decided to stay back in Pasikudah only because we felt at home. Best place ever! Great value for money and no doubt we will return.

We were the only guests because it is off season right now. The owners are absolutely lovely, we had a great dinner and A very tasty breakfast! They are very animal friendly (which we loved). The little cabin stands beside coconuttrees, you can hear the ocean and it has a very nice Terrasse to sit in and enjoy a cup of tea. The Beach is very nice, Although it was stormy and Not very clean (off season) but we were the only ones and it was very very nice! We can really recommend to stay at cocoville

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka ! - Warm welcome, and with a much appreciated fruit juice :) - Beautiful bungalow and garden, the room is very spacious, and the outside bathroom and terrace area are great, - Tasty dinner. - Perfect location just a few minutes away from the Pasikuda and Kalkudah beaches. Location, location. So close to the beach for such a cheap price. Lovely, family run bungalow with facilities equal to the price. Quite garden location.

Stunning location, friendly manager, gorgeous and spacious room with air conditioning that was very welcomed. Very yummy Sri Lankan breakfast! Comfortable beds, and very clean despite the facility itself having a vintage vibe to it. Exceeded our expectations, great value for money!

Very clean, comfortable, staff amazing, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Very nice food, good choice of it. Location is ok, nice beach 15 min walk. Next to hotel beach full of corals, you must have water shoes there to swim. We chose to walk further down the beach where sand is beautiful, 30min walk very nice beach for snorkelling, lots of colourful fishes

Location is wonderful facing the beautiful sea adjacent to the Pasikuda public beach area. The room was spacious, comfortable including a luxurious bathroom. The food was excellent with lot of varieties . There is a nice view from the restaurant facing the pool and the sea. The pool is ideal for relaxation. Hotel has a gym and the spa also.
