The staff warmly welcomed us. The crushed papaya welcome drink cooled us down from the scorching hot sun when we checked in. The chef prepared Sri Lankan crab as I had desired when I ordered lunch. They also checked with us on our breakfast preferences. The toilets and rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect.

Excellent as I expected because I stayed there last year.So peaceful my days on the beach were tremendous, almost the whole beach to myself,only a few locals every now and then.Brenda makes the stay by providing anything and everything your heart desires.If you want a peaceful relaxing simple natural place to stay slightly outside of Trincomalee this is it. Very beautiful bungalow, the room is big, clean and new. There is a big garden very well cared for. Breakfast and dinner are tasty, and they have been served on the tables in the garden which was very nice and cozy. There is a beach immediately on the left, near a cemetery, empty, and very beautiful. They have their own sunbeds for the guests. It was really beautiful to see the sunset and sunrise from there. For the next visitors: if you come to these beautiful parts, unfortunately the dogs situation in Trincomalee is quite sad. Please, bring some food with you. Next to the hotel there are two sweet dogs that would love some cuddles and food.

Nice place—good value for the price. The family running it is very welcoming, kind, and decent, which made the stay feel comfortable. It’s just about 50m to the beach, so the location is also ideal. There are also some nice restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Blue Wings.Probahh and his wife Wiji did everything they could to make our stay comfortable .The breakfast and dinners were amazing with a variety of meals. Probahh organised a scooter for me within an hour of our arrival which enabled us to get around easily. The beach was just 20 meters away where we could take a swim and relax. The hotel is in a quiet non touristy part of town which was what we liked. Would definitely recommend staying if coming to Trincomalee.
