We were surprised to see this because prior to this apartment we weren’t given any basic toiletries so brought our own. The staff are very nice - I can’t remember the young man’s name but he was really helpful as we couldn’t find our way (sat nav took us to a different location) he helped us with getting there and was very welcoming.
