We arrived drenched from the rain, and from the moment we walked in, the staff’s kindness was overwhelming. They not only offered us complimentary laundry to help dry our clothes but also went out of their way to book and pay for our taxi both ways since we didn’t have cash and our cards weren’t working at the ATMs. The level of care and generosity shown to us was beyond anything we could have expected. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome, and their warmth and courtesy truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such genuine kindness—it’s something you simply can’t thank enough. The rooms were stunning, the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because every moment was a reminder of how exceptional this place is. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the owner for making our short stay so memorable!

Perfect location, in heart of old town! It couldn't get any better. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bigger room would have been just perfect, buy Boyana was very helpful and gave us access to the tv lounge and kitchen area. As there was no TV in our room and our little one would get cranky after a little nit of exploring the old town. She was helped us with booking a taxi to Budva as well. Overall ot was an amazing experience and I would definitely come and stay here again for sure!

Wonderful hotel! Everything is new, modern, and clean. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast leaves no further desires! Eventhough the area around the hotel is currently all construction, we had a great view of the mountainius area!

Villa Dolce Rosa is an amazing place to stay. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and has a stunning view of the mountains and overlooks the bay. We really enjoyed the large and beautiful balcony - you can hear the church bells ring and listen to birdsong. It's only about an 8-minute walk to the Old Town gate and the port, but it feels peaceful and quiet. It's in a quiet neighborhood of Kotor, Skaljari, and is surrounded by private houses with beautiful gardens. In the other direction, it's a quick drive to nearby villages along the bay. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous. You couldn't do better in a 5-star hotel - they left us with local wine, beer, and a welcome platter of cheese and prosciutto canapés with olives. At Easter, they came up with Easter bread and painted eggs which was so thoughtful. The large bathroom was stocked with lovely shampoo and shower gel, and lots of nice towels. There was a big TV, a great modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, super Lavazza coffee machine, milk, juice and other supplies. There is a beautiful garden and somewhere to park. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Kotor - it will be hard to find a nicer place with such nice hosts anywhere. Our child did not want to leave!

I needed a room close to the bus station to catch the morning bus to Albania. Vicky Apartment was a perfect choice for it. I didn't expect anything and was pleasantly surprised. The room, though very small, had everything I needed and it was spotless, new and the bed was comfortable. Vicky was very sweet and welcoming and made me feel like at home. The location was ideal. Close to Old Town and the bus station.

Fabulous apartments, great location, just across the road to the waterfront and then a short but lovely walk to old town and the fortress, krsos and his son were both super helpful with transfers and advice and trips, the apartment and pool were modern and spotless. Great restaurants and shops as soon as your at the waterfront. Overall an ideal spot for our trip.

Fantastic location. Small shop & numerous excellent restsurants within a 10 minute walk. Lovely little beach nearby, perfect for early morning & evening swims. Apartment itself was spotless. Staff were available at all times to deal with any problems

It was a perfect 10/10 stay! The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly welcoming. The location was also ideal, for Kotor and Budva. The host was very kind and she was really helpful with her directions about restaurants and other locations. Thank you very much!

The massive room, lovely timber flooring and big double bed, close to the bus station and great location in The Old Town. I stayed in room 16, which has a separate bathroom across the corridor, not ideal, but that is reflected in the price for the room. Good bathroom with a bath[didn't use] and also a good shower unit, very hot water [if you wish] :-) Communal kitchen for breakfast and able to cook meal there if you wish. Friendly staff. Property has lots of character and was very clean.

The best hotel I have stayed in my life. Many thanks to Lydia, Maya and other colleagues who have supported us! Hotel has an amazing view and very nice service personnel. Room was very clean and new. The location is also ideal in Kotor, its very calm and not crowded. Especially I d like to thank hotel personnel very much again🙏

Great flat, great view, very clean and practical with washing machine. Kitchen was convenient and very One of the cutest flat I have stayed with in Montenegro. The location is ideal just 20 minutes walk from the Old city and 8/10 minutes to the nearest beach, supermarket and bakery.
