The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. New, modern, clean, spacious! We didn't use the equipment much as we only stayed for 3 days and we were out most of the time, but it was equipped with all the essentials. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The road in front was a bit noisy from traffic but it didn't bother us at all! We even took afternoon naps and we never had an issue. Oh and the bed mattress was one of the best I have ever slept on! The location is also very central and you can get anywhere with the bus service. We definitely recommend this apartment for your holidays.

Great apartment! Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The furniture and facilities were all high quality with great attention to detail. There were even plenty of power adapters, which was super handy. The bus stop to Valletta is just 1 min away. We arrived by car, but ended up using the bus because it was much more convenient. The host was also very nice!

We were filled with positive reviews from other visitors, according to which I chose this hotel. A nice surprise was that we could choose the type of pillow, I personally prefer a soft one, which I received within a few minutes of reporting to the reception. We received a prompt response from the staff even when we reported that the toilet flush was broken and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent services.

This hotel was a real surprise! Generally everything in the room was made by high quality materials. To be more specific, the room was big, very cozy with a big full equipped kitchen and a very confortable bathroom. Everything was super clean and the refreshment of our room was daily. There is a little pool on the roof which gives a nice touch to the hotel. We visited Malta in the middle of October and the weather was like summer so the pool was everything we needed to relax and also was a perfect choice for somebody to enjoy Malta from above! Also the staff was very kind and helpful, even since before we arrive the hotel. They always answer the phone and the messages and they were always ready to solve our questions! As for the location, it is close to everything. There are buses close to the hotel. But we usually used to go on foot to Sliema port and take buses to Valleta or other destinations. Also there are ferries for Valleta which you can try. St Julians is close enough too. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Plus, it is absolutely value for money!

My friend and I stayed in the apartment from March 31, 2025, to April 3, 2025. The apartment is in an excellent location, right by the sea and close to the city center. We could walk to both St. Julian’s and the harbor for Valletta. Even though we arrived after midnight due to our late flight, we received all the necessary instructions a day in advance via WhatsApp. We were given the access codes for both the entrance and our room. The entrance and reception area are beautifully and elegantly designed, resembling a luxurious hotel, with plenty of sculptures and an imitation of a flowering tree. Whenever we needed something, like a towel, we received it promptly. Our flight was scheduled for quite late in the evening, but since check-out was at 11 AM, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception until 5 PM. Monika was always helpful whenever we needed anything. She is a very kind and hospitable woman, and on our last day before departure, we had a lovely chat with her about Malta. She also shared useful insights about life on the island. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio and Monika as an excellent host!

    Very comfortable, freshly renovated, good looking hotel. A spacious, and a well equipped room (studio). Really a great option for an extended stay for a few nights - you have everything you need, including a washer+dryer, a nice kitchenette, even with a dishwasher. Our room had twin beds - quite comfortable ones! Very nice, welcoming and helpful hotel managers and staff. Convenient location just a 5-min drive or 20-min walk from Valetta, in a nice street. There is a decent supermarket just couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

    Jonatan is an excellent and helpful owner. He gave me lots of useful advice, where to go, what to see in Malta, etc. The room was nice and spotless.The room had a universal socket + USB. There is a kettle, mugs, plates on the shelf. Its location is great. The bus stops are within a few mins' walk. There are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby at the waterfront. I do recommend the place. PS. His dogs are cute.

    The host was very friendly, supported our late arrival and my friend staying longer than myself, including leaving her luggage in a separate room on the day of departure and being able to access it whenever necessary. The whole stay, albeit short, was very pleasant and smooth. We felt like at home! The location between Valletta and Msida, i.e. in Pietà, was ideal.
