Lovely people at Kanthak Hotel. Very clean room ; white beddings, no stain. White walls. Hot shower with great debit. I had a room with balcony and park view, lots of natural light. Also I could choose the colors of the little lights of the room !! Such a cozy vibe room, with great attention to details. The hotel is a bit out of the village (5min walk) so this is the countryside and you can hear nature sounds. The food was very good also... And I was really amazed by Lumbini. This park in the jungle is magnificent, with 30+ beautiful temples, and also a nature reserve with rare birds (next to Word Peace Pagoda). I felt so in Peace that I extended one week. I left feeling recharged. I think I will be back. Thank you 🙏✨ Charlotte

The Ananda Inn hotel has the best location, right in front of the Lumbini Park gate. The path from the gate leads directly to the Mayadevi Temple. The food was delicious and healthy, with little salt and oil. The staff was very kind and polite, especially the nice girl at the restaurant. The hotel offers good food and service at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay.

In an area where good hotels are in short supply, the Bhairahawa Garden Resort stands heard and shoulders above the rest. It is modern, well appointed and clean with superb staff. If visiting Lumbini, consider staying here rather than in Lumbini, and then taking a car to drive over to see the temples.
