We had to change our check-in time cus at the last minute from 5pm to 9pm but Angeline (Receptionist) was very kind and understanding on our change. We were offered to just get into the room without popping into reception cus of our late arrival (We went in anyway!) She'd even turned on the heater for us before our arrival so we could get into the warm bed straight away! Thank you so much for your kind arrangement :)

Rooms were extremely cosy with top-notch cleanliness. We’ve been in NZ for two weeks and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. Very spacious with good facilities. John was also very warm and welcoming. Perfect place to recharge for the next long drive ahead.

Hosts were friendly and accommodated our group of 14 into 3 apartments comfortably. We picked up all keys before noon along the way to Lake Tekapo. Small supermarket just a 2 minutes away car drive away, so we cooked ourselves a hot breakfast in the well catered apartment #2
