Wonderful host, great area, comfortable little cabin, clean, nice layout, close to restaurants and the sea, great value. Before arriving at Maharepa we stayed at a different accomodation and moving to Maharepa really improved our overall experience on the island! Highly recommend this place

The bungalow, the kitchen and the pool were amazing. A supermarket is close by. Maybe beware if you are a light sleeper: You can clearly hear the dogs and roosters in the neighbourhood. But I could sleep very well listening to the waves.

Ivan is an incredible host, he made me feel at home, caring down to the smallest detail. He is very friendly, a very nice person and he makes sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest, he has the best will for everything. This is a truly lovely property located in a beautiful area of Moorea surrounded by upmarket homes. The owner, Harold, is a true gem who goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is perfect! The bungalow is equipped with everything you could need and the extra touches, like a clothes hanging rack, shampoo and conditioner, a proper oven, a fan in addition to the air conditioner, and even kayaks to use are what sets this property apart. The location is perfect - a 1 minute walk to the local and well stocked store to pick up your baguette or croissant, a short walk to the beach or access with the kayaks via the canal, and in an area with local snack bars and activities near by. Don't hesitate to book this property!

EVERYTHING! My goodness, this property not only looks as per the photos on booking.com, it's so much more. The owners have really invested their time in making the villa beautiful and homely. I cannot recommend it enough. Firstly the room - I had the room on the right as you enter the property. You have your own entrance and key. You enter a small hallway that opens out into a spacious room with a HUGE bed (could comfortably fit 3 people!), a decent amount of storage space and beautiful decor to make you feel at home rather than in a guest house of hotel. The bathroom is well decorated and the shower is very spacious with little touches such as room spray added. The balcony doors lead out to a private outside area with a few steps leading up to the pool and decking area. Three sunbeds lookout onto the sea. The property is directly on the sea and has kayaks you can simply carry literally 3m to the sea and go for spectacular sunset kayak. Across the deckling is the outbuilding which houses the communal kitchen (the property only has 2 rooms to rent out so the kitchen is shared between max 4 people. It is super well equipped and this is where breakfast is laid out each morning - bread, jams, cheese, pastries and help yourself to cook the eggs + tea & coffee.

This was our first stay on Moorea. We were in awe when we walked in. It was difficult to find at first, but once there, we traveled the island on scooter and found our way easily. The view was spectacular, with sunrise from the bed or balcony each morning. Private beach not really good for snorkeling, but easy to get to Temae beach. We did not get breakfast as did some other reviewers, but that was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was perfect! Frederique was friendly. Eat at Motu Grill next door. It is fantastic!
