I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. Stayed here twice. By far the best cost-effective place I found in the Philippines, with silent rooms, a small but awesome gym and located near several stalls and a shopping mall. The staff is also responsive. Beds are comfortable and shower pressure, for local standards, is good enough.

Host was there to meet me. Was a very nice stay. I would stay again. Very clean area and nearby to many restaurants. Very clean room. Room was furnished with everything one would need. silverware cups, glasses. Refrigerator and freezer worked well. Air conditioner was cold. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower had good hot water. Had a few minor glitches. Explained in "What didn't like" But all worked out.

What an amazing place! We had the Deluxe room and the experience was perfect, very classy. Personnel is professional and helpful, and the cuisine is at its very least splendid. The fact that they allowed us early check in and during checkout we could leave our luggage here to pick them up later . My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this historical Spanish Guesthouse!!. The stuff was incredible and made us feel at home. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated such as antiques and that made for a relaxing gateway. The rates were very reasonable for such a unique experience. The location was ideal at first i didn't know that there is a hotel inside of a yellow gate. and when i see the guesthouse i wanna gatekeep it to others HAHAHAHA I love our vacation here.
