I had a bike accident in transit so arrived late. When the owners saw me torn and tattered they bundled me in their car and drove me to a pharmacy to get bandages etc. then waited about 20 mins for me to buy some food. That does beyond the call of duty. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was perfect for me. Great place to stay.

Very peaceful setting - close to rice fields and local communities. Short tuk-tuk ride (reception phoned and they arrived very quickly) to historical park and restaurants. Bikes available to borrow - we cycled about 10km along very quiet backroads through villages and rural area. Lovely pool and gardens. Beds very comfortable. Fantastic staff - could not do enough to make us welcome.

The wooden villa is beautifully designed, peaceful, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities. There is a mosquito net in all of the house in every room, even the living room. It's conveniently located near Sukhothai Historical Park and the city, making it easy to explore the area. Motorbike rentals are available, and the local breakfast served here is absolutely delightful! The staff are warm and attentive, making the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

House host is super nice!! The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!

What an absolute treat this place was. Think we could have setup a volleyball court in the living room, it was massive. The rooms, super spacious with comfy beds. Everything here was just fabulous. The hosts, super friendly, run the restaurant downstairs and even brought our dinner up (a la room service). A 10 minute tuk-tuk ride to the old town, which was fine as we arranged a driver when we arrived at the bus station. No negatives here, it was great. Would highly recommend.

No fuss. Very clean, modern, spacious rooms. Lovely decor and wooden furniture in the communal areas. Tea, Coffee toast & jams available. Plus miniature biscuits for guests to help themselves at breakfast. Was able to store my luggage and take a shower in the evening before night bus, despite having checked out at noon. The lady that owns/runs the place is quiet and very accommodating. She also guided me as to where to get my onward honey bus ticket and where to hire a bike. Excellent location.
