Everything!!! Very clean super nice stuff, fantastic pool area. It’s very calm and they have a very good breakfast. They rent bicycles and you can reach everthing easily. We where stoked!!! 🤩👌🏾

this is a very good place - the owner ladies are friendly and kind, the place is comfortable and very clean, the bed has white sheets which is always welcome as it is impossible to reuse them between one day stay guests... the bed is very comfortable, the air con works well, the bathroom is clean, there is a little kitchen that we could use - certainly a bonus to have a microwave. The breakfasts were very much to our taste - the lady cooked some local food for us which we preferred to egg omelettes. The street is quiet, the location is great, in the old town, on Saturday and Sunday there is a market in the street and in the park. There is a 7/11 shop, some restaurants. It is strongly recommended, probably the best place where we stayed so far in Thailand. There are also bikes that can be used.

The staff were really warm and helpful! They even sent us to the bus station when we had to catch our bus to Chiang Mai. The room was great! Really spacious and clean. Hotel offers free bicycles and can help arrange scooter rentals

Cozy room, really close to Sukhothai historical park. Joum was an amazing host, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything set for my visit. I asked her to check from which terminal my next bus would leave, she realized I had booked the wrong date and made everything to get it corrected, plus she booked transportation to the station for me.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and charming. The staff was so nice, we had the bus at 09:00 pm and they proposed us to stay at the swimming pool the afternoon after visiting the temple and give us extra towel for taking a shower! Thank you for the kindness :)

Excellent, clean, family mini-hotel in the private sector, 10 minutes walk from the historical park of Sukhothai. Within 10 minutes walk there are also 7/11 shops and cafes for lunch and dinner. After 18.00 there is a small local night market with food.
