During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

It was a beautiful unforgettable days. Thank you Marhaba Place. Thank you to all the workers there. Great reception, clean place, good food and distinctive and varied services. I was sold on Dar Hkaïem from the reviews here on Booking as well as on HostelWorld, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Toutou is an incredible host who was flexible in allowing me to check in early, helped me arrange transport, cooked amazing breakfasts (and dinner) even during Ramadan when he himself was fasting. From the personalized cookies (amazing!) upon arrival to the moment I left and even beyond, it was clear that Toutou wanted to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. We even went to a café one evening with his friend and played card games, which was one of the highlights of my entire trip to Tunisia. As for the guesthouse itself, the decor is great, the space is clean, and my room was cute, comfortable, and safe. Centered around a center courtyard, there are only a few guest rooms (my first night, I was the only guest), a toilet, shower room, and small kitchen. I was also happy that my room was big enough to allow me to unroll my yoga mat with some space to spare. I have friends who live in Tunis and emphatically recommended Dar Hkaïem to them...and I recommend it to you, too!

My stay at the studio was very good, and I was happy with everything. It's a really calm and comfortable place, which made the atmosphere very relaxing. The location is great, and having secure parking was a big plus. The host was friendly and helpful, and we had good communication too.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, very comfortable with everything that you would need during the stay. The entire hotel was very clean, has a small on site market with everything from snacks to clothes to toys and souvenirs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were amazing and had a lot of delicious food to choose from. The beach was nice and clean.

The cleanness and animation team were great The hotel location and cleanness also amizing i enjoyed the food and the gym there was a big selection of great food i highly recommend the hotel for relaxing and rewinding i will definitely visit again

The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. Room spacious and very clean. Very nice pools both outdoor and indoor. Excellent SPA/Fitness centre. Loved the constant supply of detox water and fresh juices around the bar area. Reception staff very helpful and charming. Room service excellent - room always smelled beautifully. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony.
