Everything was great during my stay here. The location is great, convenient and close to many of the main sites while remaining in a quiet spot. Rooftop terrace is a nice plus for sunrise. the place itself is clean and comfortable, all the staff there are super friendly and helpful. I stayed in the single room which is small but it was ok for me. Great breakfast. For me it's not as dodgy as the others felt before getting to the hotel. If you have concerns, you can walk along the busy road instead of the street of shops. I think walls are on the thin side, you can hear neighbours TV. But it's not too bad.

Located just one block from Istanbul's busiest area, the accommodation costs are reasonable and it is often used by solo travelers. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very kind, and when I asked for a late check-out as my flight back home was late at night, they made various arrangements for me. Originally we selected this hotel because of its location and design. When we arrived to the hotel we got so much more. The personnel was very friendly and was ready to help with information or tips almost 24/7. We got a bigger room than originally booked. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a la card and the view was amazing. On our last day we were able to arrange for a late check-out at no extra cost. Finally, the location was ideal: one could walk to most of the highlights in the area. And the metro station was just around the corner.

Very nice location. Close to galata tower and taksim square. Subway within 5min reach and ferry within 15min reach. Safe old town area where you can walk around and discover restauarants, stores, street life etc. Room was big and clean, both staff and visitors are chilled and friendly. There was a drunk weird guest and staff let him out after someone reported him.

I was staying for 11 days in this hotel by myself. I have chosen this place based on the positive reviews and I definitely didn’t make a mistake. It was all exceptionally good in any way. Beautiful small room, perfectly clean room and other facilities in daily routine, great breakfast with a lot of sweet and salty varieties. I enjoyed every morning having an amazing breakfast on the terrace. A great position of the hotel. Surrounded with tram or metro connections to every area of Istanbul. And such a nice, polite and friendly staff!!! From the youngest to the oldest member! Ready to be there for you in any moment! I did a rhinoplasty operation in Istanbul while staying in this hotel. All the staff members were so helpful and nice to me. Bringing ice during all day and night when I needed or changing the room temperature when demanding. 😁 They really treated me perfectly well and I really felt safe and good while recovering, actually all the time. I am very thankful to all of you there, especially to Sun and Rose! Actually to all of you. 🩷 Sorry for not mentioning other names, I am bad with names. Thank you again for your hospitality!
