The head manager was out of town but we met him the morning we checked out - he was also super friendly, caring. Food was fine. Fine location. They were extremely helpful and caring with our motorcycle parking and arranged to have it stored in the locked courtyard of a neighboring business (there is no secure parking on the premises, and they didn't feel comfortable with our bike parked on their terrace, even if locked to a post). The staff are excellent and Clemensia went above and beyond to make the whole experience exceptional and together with Emma made my stay very special. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile and enthusiasm. Could not ask for more or for better. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the food is delicious and enormous portions! The location is perfect for the National Park gate 2 minutes away.
