We loved the large shared living space where we could spend time during the day together as a whole family, while the bedrooms were individually placed for some more privacy and quite for those afternoon naps. The viewing deck and waterhole was perfect with some game viewing action throughout the day. The house was very well equipped and we saw the big five during our stay. The place was even beter than the photos

I had the most wonderful 3 night stay at iMbamuweti cottage! The cottage was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need as I was self-catering. The location was perfect—peaceful, idyllic and wildlife walking literally outside the fence. As hosts, Mike and Laura were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The attention to detail was evident throughout the cottage and I especially loved relaxing in the private garden next to the splash pool. The cottage was cleaned daily, and a fire made up for me outside each day. Game drives were organised through the main lodge and I did two of these in the afternoons and had incredible sightings with very experienced and knowledgeable guides. I will definitely return and stay for longer next time. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone looking to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the African bush.

The property was very good, had great facilities such as a nice pool area and the honesty bar. The staff were amazing and really made us feel like family. We even went out for a meal with them on our final evening. Bianca the chef was amazing, all her meals were so good and diverse. Selby our game driver was the best we could’ve asked for, he was amazing at spotting all the animals and taught us so much, was a genuinely nice guy aswell. We already want to come back and will miss all of the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do a safari. We had a perfect experience. The hospitality was amazing aswell, they really do all the little details that made our trip so good.

A lovely, vibrant, and gorgeous boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, beautiful decor with wonderful quality linen and furniture! The pool was refreshing on a hot summers day, and was so inviting. The duty managers were very welcoming and helpful in booking activities for us in and around Hoedspruit. The hotel is very central, and is within close proximity to excellent restaurants, as well as many private game reserves with options of Morning and evening safaris of which the hotel will arrange and book on your behalf. There are also many other activities to do within and around Hoedspruit. Would definitely recommend, and can't wait for our return! Thank you Khiwane, and your lovely team. Lastly, our breakfast included in our stay at the Harvest House Restaraunt was divine! 10/10, with many options.

It is truly the most beautiful accommodation we have ever been to (and we are regular booking.com customers). The decor and style of the owner is sublime. Everything is perfect down to the last detail. The accommodation is equipped with everything you think you need. Super clean. A great chef who makes you a 5-star breakfast every morning. Very reasonable drink prices with the honest bar principle, write down what you used. The location is central and very safe. Wildlife in the backyard. Indeed, you never want to leave here. There are no words to classify the whole experience, Is it not a 5 star experience, but a 7 none! From the lodge itself, the facilities with extreme quality and good taste, to the delicious food prepared by an amazing chef, and the service with a butler always available and ready to supply your needs. (Octavia was amazing) The owners want to make sure you have a perfect stay and they actually listen to your requests and make it happen. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.
