It's my second time staying at Khiwane and it was once again amazing. The rooms are very spacious, there is a lot of space and the beds are very comfortable. There are a few restaurants around that are very good and it's close to the center of Hoedspruit. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Hoedspruit !

If you’re looking at this review, book this accommodation! You will stay in a beautifully designed intimate lodge that is spotless and clean, with hosts that are true masters of hospitality. Every detail is considered with care, everything you need will be handled. For the price they far exceeded our expectations. Spent 5 nights at this fabulous lodge. We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

We loved everything and wished we could have stayed longer. There was no 11 to rate this place so we gave it a 10. Xavier and Patricia are awesome guests and make you feel at home. The reserve is incredible with animals at your doorstep. The Lodge is stunning and extremely well decorated and the food incredible. Thanks for everything - we will be back !

    If you're looking for a place to hide and enjoy nature and wildlife, Geminthebush is the ideal location. We were treated very well by the staff and all the ladies were very friendly. In addition to breakfast, we also enjoyed dinner on some evenings, the mushrooms for breakfast (I need to know the secret spices used🙂) and braai on Saturday for dinner (oh that tasty source, I will come back for it) were delicious. I will definitely go back.

The pool was a delightful oasis, ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. The cozy couch was perfect for relaxing and unwinding while enjoying the available Netflix selection.
