We know Andorra well & although we ski at Arcalis staying in Arinsal suited us. We had our own transport to the slopes and the apartment gave us easy access to a supermarket and restaurants. The L5 bus stop right outside gave quick and easy access into the capital. The apartment was well equipped allowing us to eat in when we wanted. Having the washing machine meant we could keep on top of our washing - helpful with a 4 year old! The fridge freezer was large and perfect for those wanting to self cater. The apartment block was quiet. The beds were comfy and the apartment warm - heating easily regulated with the thermostatic controls. Hot water when we needed it for showers. The living area was comfy with plenty of room to relax & to eat at a dining table. A few toilet rolls, kitchen towel, washing up liquid & washing utensils got us started & then we simply purchased what we needed. The apartment came with a parking space but our hire car was a little too big for the space so we parked at a nearby free carpark or, if we were lucky, in a space just opposite the apartment block entrance. We were a party of 3 generations - 3 adults and a 4 year old. It was perfect for our one week skiing.

The apartment is very conviniently located. Close to restaurants, a little food market and the chairlift/gondola. The hosts Javier and Sophie are wonderful. Very helpful, respond to messages immediately, friendly and kind. They really went far and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you 🤗

It’s very new and comfortable, all amenities are there. You feel at home. We love Incles Valley, so for us it’s the most perfect location. We had the most amazing and relaxing time.
Very clean room with towels and bed linen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, plates, cups, cutlery and other necessary equipment.
Excellent location, beautiful views from the room balcony. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.
Friendly and really helpful staff. We arrived later than check-in hours and they easily agreed with us where to pick up the keys.

Location is stunning, but you need to be fit to walk to restaurants, as they are all down hill!! Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and everything to self cater if you wish.

Secure underground parking for motorbikes (paid). Fabulous location within walking distance of shops and restaurants etc. Great space and plenty of storage with sofa and table and chairs. Great views. Fairly quiet within building. Spotlessly clean. Lots of online check in information to complete and payment for tourist taxes, security deposit and parking needed but supportive staff via Booking.com app or WhatsApp or email. Quick to check apartments on leaving and notification of deposit refund. We would definitely return.
