This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed in the cottage room with a direct access to the massive pool from our terrace. The room is beautiful and really well equipped with beds, sofa, decently sized mini fridge and large bathroom with a walk in shower. I loved that the swimming pool is just out there and you can dip in whenever it occurs to you. The staff were amazing - we received fruit platter and Karak as welcome, both the guys in the reception as well as the team in the restaurant were super attentive - and made us feel very welcomed. The food was very good and with good prices. I like the location, just 5 mins driving is a public beach (in front of the Sea Breeze buildings) where we love to go and in the same time it is very easy to get from Kay Homes to the main RAK street and to the highway. I also appreciated that the security of the establishment was great. Some guests were a bit noisy in the night in the pool (the pool is open 24/7), we called the reception and the security came immediately and asked the guests to keep it low - so no worries, your relax in Kay Homes will not be disturbed.

A very calm & peaceful place, completely away from the concrete jungle. Beautiful landscaping. Worked well for me after a hard days work. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Excellent food. Would definitely go back. Didn't know Ras al Khaimah had such a beautiful hotel property.

The check in and host were very accessible with ease. The building entrance was clean so was the elevator and the studio spotless The kitchen was very very very well equipped everything was neatly arranged and well placed in the house. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities. Check out the host was very kind with communication and instructions Access to Manar Mall, Safari mall and cafeterias around the area. Value for money was 100%. I would recommend anyone and also book the property again
