Staff are really kind, i requested for extra pillows and even paid by card, they are very accomodating. Breakfast was also nice and very filling. Curtains inside the rooms are also nice for privacy, bathroom is super clean, sheets and pillows seems very new and clean, love the overall vibe in this place. There is a mini supermarket just few steps away, location is in the center, close to everything. Overall, this hostel is really nice because of the staff/alex and his aunt. The best albanians iv met so far.

A special mention to Denada at reception, who truly stood out for her friendliness and outstanding service. She made us feel welcome from the start and helped make our stay unforgettable.
