Cozy apartment in the center of Sevan. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped. Grocery stores, bakeries, banks are conveniently located nearby. It is not far from the lake - 30 minutes on foot.
Ideal for a two-person holiday. There is a comfortable third bed. In addition, there are two folding beds, which is also not bad.

An excellent family run hotel and adjoining cafe. The owner was super helpful and went out of his way to communicate and assist. The other staff were very polite and helpful. Food at the cafe is always fresh and highly recommended.
The room was very clean and spacious, contemporary and well furnished with a great balcony overlooking street life.

We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.

The staff was so really helpful and nice and they let us leave our things there after we checked out. The location is good. Everything could be arranged and the communication was smooth.

A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows.
The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic.

The cabin is in a very scenic location, by Sevan lake. It was bigger than we expected and very comfortable. We liked the hot tub.

Great location on the Sevan island, close to Sevanivank Monastery. Nice house with great equipment, all you need for vacation. Maybe bathroom needs a bit of improvement, shower curtainor or doors would be useful. It had heater, which is important if you come in March as we did. I believe in the summer it is a magical place, since it has a great terrace and closed territory, so you can have nice BBQ party there with no one disturbing you.
