The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views. The apartment has private entrance. The Studio was exactly as described on the website. Comfortable, spacious and well located. It had everything we needed for our stay. It has a well thought out sitting area and separate table and chairs for dining with one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever seen in a holiday unit. The hosts Mel and Dave made sure we knew the location and how to access the property with a welcome SMS providing the information. The Studio is a short walk from the beach and the Great Ocean Walk. It is close to Apollo Bay for all shopping and eating out. We had to make a late change to our booking dates and Mel and Dave were able to accommodate that with no problem.

I liked everything from the accommodation to the nice view of the great ocean, as seen from our bed. Bryan and Joan were very nice. Their hospitality was awesome. Highly recommended.

This bed and breakfast offers accommodation with a terrace. They had the outdoor fire pit lit for when we arrived and the heated blankets on in the bed because we were arriving on a cold day. Lovely selection of breakfast bits. Very thoughtful B&B, it was the perfect place to stop for a night along the great ocean road route. Wish we had stayed here an extra night just to enjoy the property more and go on a walk around the property. We brought some microwave meals but there is a restaurant nearby by, and you’re able to drink the water there too. Would recommend to everyone!

It's very modern inside with excellent facilities, good water pressure, cozy bed.
