This motel is a real gem. Rooms are simple but very spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Small pantry with a microwave so you can prepare your own food if you like. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are newly renovated and very practical. All rooms look out on the garden which is beautifully maintained. Very good value for money. Absolute recommendation for one or more nights!

Just a 2 minutes' drive from the Pacific Highway, Sleepy Hill Motor Inn offers free high-speed WiFi and free on-site parking.

Excellent motel, well presented, clean , quiet and very comfortable. We stayed two nights and used the laundry and the swimming pool.

Location was perfect - on a slight incline so you had a good view of the bay. Also close to the reserve so you could hear the wildlife and birds nearby

Everything! Well equipped room which looks newly renovated. Nice bathroom with decent shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff.

Great location walking distance into Nelson Bay and to our son who lives in Shoal Bay. Accommodation clean and perfect for our needs.

Comfortable stay in very clean room with parking right outside. Wifi worked really well. Local amenities all close by. The nearby park and harbour bay was tidy and felt very safe.
