We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the main street of Burgas, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, which was incredibly convenient for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, providing the perfect space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff and service were exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard—friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa and poo l facilities were also impressive, and we appreciated the long opening hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM), giving us plenty of time to enjoy them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. As suggestion and recommendation offering complimentary and free parking, as it is a standard service in most hotels of this level (even in Burgas). Additionally, providing a minibar as free or at least bottled drinking water would enhance the guest experience.

All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

The deckchairs were extremely comfortable. There is a small beach just below the hotel and the central beach not too far. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely love to return.
