The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast. Parking was not an issue, as there was plenty of space in front of the hotel, and enough room for several cars. The view from the hotel was stunning, with a beautiful mountain and a lake right in front, and we were lucky enough to witness a full moon during our stay. Next time, we will definitely book a room with a balcony because it’s well worth it.

This hostel is conveniently located at the center of Karzhali, near the park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; one gentleman at the front desk spoke excellent English and another lady spoke some English but was so kind and friendly that communication was never a problem. The common areas are very nice to sit and relax; I didn't use the kitchen much except to use the kettle to make tea. There are also drinks available for purchase in the hostel. I booked a room to myself; it had two twin beds and a bathroom which was spotlessly clean. The wifi is good, not great. Parking is available on the street for pay or in a lot just across the road although it was full when I was there. Tip: if you go into one of the bodegas/convenience stores nearby and ask them to pay for parking, they will enter your license plate number and pay the parking fee of 6 leva per day (in June 2024) and then when the meter maids check, they have your payment in the system according to the license plate. You can also do laundry at the hostel for 5 leva, ask at the front desk. Overall I highly recommend this as an excellent value and great place to stay in Kardzhali.

The room was really clean and had a good size. The restaurant I would recommend checking it out even if you don't stay at the hotel. They food was really good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them
