The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Beyond that, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, Neda. My husband wasn't sure if they'd need to extend their stay for two more nights. They asked Neda if she could book a room for them for those additional days, with the understanding that they wouldn't pay upfront and would have free cancellation within a few hours until they finalized their decision. She was incredibly eager to help and arranged everything without hesitation. We are very thankful for her understanding and excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic – very varied and incredibly tasty.
