Efficient and friendly staff, especially the hostess, who helped me so much and went above and beyond to make my stay there extremely smooth. She helped me organize so many things and was truly a blessing. I appreciated being able to leave my Hire vehicle parked securely there whilst I went for a short trip to Zimbabwe. Also assisted me to organize the shuttle transport to and from Zimbabwe as well - really extremely helpful. Clean and spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

Chimney made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Travel is not only about nature, but also about people, and it’s the people who connect us to the local culture. Chimney not only shared insights about life in Botswana, but also organized the best game drive we’ve ever experienced: a 12-hour journey through Chobe with a breakfast and lunch break, all arranged by him. We had the time not just to see the animals, but to truly observe their lives in peace. Honestly, this experience even surpassed our impressions of Victoria Falls the day before. While the facilities may seem modest to some, the dedication and heart Chimney puts into his hosting are the real highlights—and they added incredible value to our journey.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Hope to see you again!!!
