I was visiting the small hotel during a business trip for a one-night stay. This location is one of the nicest places I ever visited. This is because of the individually furnished house and rooms and the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. As a german, I was surprised about the fluent german-speaking host. Entering the appartment, you do not know where to look at first: the fan, the cupboard, the table never seen before something like this. The standard of the bathroom is extraordinary. I was only there for one night. If you can arrange, stay longer and enjoy the wonderful view on the landscape, take a seat at the terrace or read some books in the lobby. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches – from coffee, dips, and basic essentials already provided, to the wonderful welcome gift waiting for us. It truly made us feel at home right away. We had a great time and the location was excellent to explore Cape Breton, the Cabot Trail and go for a whale watching Trip. We wished, we could have stayed longer than two nights.
