There are two common rooms to hang out with fridge and kettle for your use. Breakfast is great and fresh. They include a free pass for buses and trams which is really convenient. Plus the staff is really helpful (they were very patient with me on my checkout day).

The rooms were modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design details that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic; varied, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. The breakfast area has a stylish yet cozy atmosphere that made mornings feel special and had modern appliances for guests to use. The location is great, with excellent access to public transportation, making it easy to reach any part of the city. It is easy to go to the airport, St.Jakobshalle and city centre. A great bonus is the option for online check-out, which takes less than two minutes – super convenient and efficient and you can do it 0-24. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Basel, with top-notch service and a great location.

Basel's congress centre can be reached within a 10-minute tram ride. Public transport is free of charge on the day of arrival. Guests can take bus number 50 from the airport to the main train station and bus number 30 from the train station to the hotel. The location was perfect (walking distance to the Christmas markets) and the staff were exceptional.

Fast response with the host and clear directions to access the key and get into the apartment. Elevator was always available, but we took the stairs - only on the 5th floor. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel.
