This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, fitness centre, and sauna, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. The location was good, close to the train station and the gondola station. The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Also, the restaunt in the hotel was excellent (a little bit expensive) and the staff helped us with the resevation I was there during my birthday and they gave me a small cake and a birthday card during breakfast even when I didn't let them know, that was a nice surprise :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Breakfast room facing the waterfalls too.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Pretty good, especially the restaurant, every meal is great! Scenery in Mürren is very beautiful.
