The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

One added bonus was the spacious and free parking available right at the property, which made things even more convenient for us as we were traveling by car. Eva was a fantastic host—very helpful and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. Very spacious apartment meant that we got more space for less money ( as compared to Hotels). Location is right in the middle of Interlaken close to stations ( Interlaken West) and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We were allowed early Check-in which greatly helped us utilize our day since we had a lot of luggage and had it not been for the early check-in we had no better option. We had a nice lovely chat with the host about the things to see ( not the big famous sites online, but how to find the perfect picnic spot, where to go when - this allowed us to maximize our limited time and focus on what we wanted out of our trip. The Apartments are NEW. Spacious. I would book here again. Kitchen was well furnished. Laundry and dish cleaning supplies were provided. Cooking was easy. Only 1 small thing which we worked around anyways. - the TV didn't have much options. We couldn't sign in to our Nflix , streaming services accounts to watch our content, nor were there a whole lot of of English options. We connected our laptop to the TV, via the hdmi cable from the back and watched our stuff. It was a small thing.
